Favorite Baby Bok Choy/Broc Choy
Our own homemade recipe! Tasty with greens that don't need long to cook!
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 large bunch of baby bok choy, washed well
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
Heat two tablespoons of avocado oil in a wok. Add 1 tsp of ginger, cook for 20 seconds. Then add onion and cook until almost translucent. Add bok choy. Cook using tongs, flipping greens to mix with onions. Add splash of maple syrup. Mix. Remove from heat when greens are softened. Add sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.
