This Bob's Red Mill recipe tastes not-at-all coconutty but makes great grain-free pancakes. They're sweet enough you can just put fruit on them, too!
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
