Swedish Kringle
A family favorite. Super rich, so eat in small proportions with eggs and fruit on the side.
Bottom:
1 cup flour
1\2 cup Nutiva or coconut oil
2 Tbsp water
-Mix and mash ingredients, then place smashed in an oval on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1\2 cup Nutiva or coconut oil
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1\2 tsp. almond extract
-Heat water and oil until both are steaming and oil is completely melted.
-Add flour and stir, still on the heat, for one minute. Remove from the heat.
-Stir eggs in fully, one by one.
-Stir in almond extract right before putting the mixture on top of the previous layer.
-Bake 35-45 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit until golden brown.
-Remove from oven, cool entirely before drizzling frosting.

dairy-free milk as needed
1 tsp. almond extract
