Homemade Granola
The original recipe from Lucy is below, but we always use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, I usually put in a teensy sprinkle of salt, and we always stir every 20 min or so while the granola is cooking in the oven. Possible ingredients include: pepitas, craisins, d-f chocolate chips, almond slivers, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, chia seed, dulse, or raisins.
