Richelle’s Homemade Hummus




4 cloves garlic (we used 2)
1/4 cup tahini
juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp olive oil
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 cucumber, coarsely chopped
salt/pepper to taste
1 pinch paprika

Blend the first four ingredients In a food processor or blender.  Add beans and cucumber.  Blend until almost smooth.  Blend in salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
