GF DF Chelsea Buns


We miss these heavenly buns from our time eating the British-influenced cuisine of Zimbabwe.

Make this recipe dairy free easily by using plant milk. 

Dark currants or (like in Zim) raisins work equally well. 

We don't like using any more sugar than we have to. It can be easily traded out for 3/4 the amount of maple syrup, or 1.25 the amount of coconut sugar.
