*Dairy* Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 cup mayo
8 oz lowfat cream cheese
1 cup (4oz)
grated/shredded parm cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
Mix together then add:
1 10 oz pkg frozen
spinach, thawed and drained
1 10 oz can of artichoke
hearts - quartered
Mix everything gently together.
Spread in baking dish
(gratin dish if you have one).
Sprinkle w/ paprika on top (optional).
Bake at 325 for 30 - 40
min - until bubbly.
I always double the
recipe because it's gone in about 10 min at any party.
Serve it w/ pita chips, gf crackers, or hearty crackers.
