Somalisa Five Seed Bread




Ingredients

500g (4 cups) Bakers Flour or gf flour

2 teaspoons dry yeast

1 teaspoon salt

50g (1/2 cup) Oats

30g (4 tsp) Sesame Seeds

30g (4 tsp) Linseeds (also known as flax seed; whole chia seed can also be used)

30g (4 tsp) Sunflower Seeds

30g (4 tsp) Pumpkin Seeds

30g (4 tsp) Poppy Seeds

30g (4 1/4 tsp) Honey

30g (6 1/2 tsp) Olive Oil

500g (500 mL, or a little over 2 cups) lukewarm water



Method

Place all ingredients a together and mix and knead. Bake 375 F until done.
