GF Bowtie Salmon/Tuna Pasta Salad

This a yummy meal that can be made way ahead of time and adds some healthy, affordable seafood to our diets!

-1 box gf (usually a corn-quinoa blend) bowtie pasta (Jonas says the bowtie shape is VERY important.)
-1 medium or large onion
-2 cans dolphin-safe tuna or salmon, in water, not oil
-organic df mayo, start with 1/2 cup and keep adding until salad is the preferred consistency
-1 red pepper, diced
-1 cup cooked peas (not too mushy!)

Cook pasta per instructions on box, drain, and set aside to cool.
Chop onion and sauté in coconut oil until soft, almost carmelized. Cool.
Mix all ingredients together, then salt and pepper to taste.

*Do not mix ingredients if any are warm. Warmth + mayo = gross.
